Who runs this site
ArenaPulse is a personal, non-commercial fan project. It carries no advertising, takes no donations, runs no affiliate links and has no sponsor, so it is not an economic activity under the Spanish information society services act. Its operator can be reached at the address below, which is also the contact for anything to do with the data it holds. If the site ever takes money, this page will carry the full identification the law then requires.
Blizzard content and trademarks
World of Warcraft and Battle.net are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. ArenaPulse is not affiliated with Blizzard and is not endorsed by it. Game data comes from the public Battle.net API and is shown under Blizzard's Fan Content Policy and API terms; icons and pictures belong to their owners. Nothing here is official.
What the site may be used for
Reading it, linking to it and sharing what it shows is the point of it. Bulk collection is not: automated scraping, mirroring the database or re-publishing it as a dataset is not allowed, and the API is rate limited to make that plain. Accounts are not open at the moment, so nobody can post to the site; when they open, listings and messages will exist to arrange games, and using them to harass, impersonate or advertise will get the account removed.
Accuracy and availability
Everything shown is derived from what Blizzard publishes, which arrives in batches and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Ratings, cutoff estimates, alt links and teammate inferences are computed, not official: how each number is produced is written out on the methods page. The site is offered as it is, with no guarantee that it is available, correct or up to date, and it is not a basis for any decision that matters.
Law and complaints
Spanish law applies. Complaints about the site go to the contact address; complaints about how personal data is handled can also go to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
